1. Who we are

The website www.alittlemap.gr is operated by the research lab "a little map" (Efstathios G. Arapostathis), 11-13 Aristotelous St., 104 32 Athens, Greece. Contact: sgarapostathis@alittlemap.gr.

2. Use of the website

The content of the website (texts, maps, images, data descriptions) is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share links to it; you may not copy, resell or republish it without written permission, except for quotations with proper citation.

3. Products and prices

Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs for printed maps and books are not included and are paid to the courier on delivery.

We may correct obvious errors in prices or descriptions; in that case we will contact you before processing your order.

4. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once payment has been received. You can pay by card through Viva Wallet, by bank transfer or by IRIS. For bank transfers and IRIS, please include your order reference; orders not paid within 7 days may be cancelled.

You may ask for a receipt or an invoice. For invoices, you are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide.

5. Delivery

Digital datasets are delivered by e-mail or download link, normally within 1–3 working days after payment. Printed maps and books are shipped by courier to the address you provide.

6. Dataset licence

Datasets are licensed to the buyer for research, educational and operational use within their organisation. They may not be resold, redistributed or published in full. Publications using them should cite the related article.

7. Withdrawal and returns

For physical products, consumers in the EU may withdraw within 14 days of receipt, returning the product unused at their own cost.

For digital datasets, by completing the order you agree that delivery starts immediately and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the dataset has been delivered.

8. Liability

Datasets and maps are provided as described in the related publications. We make reasonable efforts to ensure their accuracy but are not liable for decisions taken on their basis.

9. Personal data

We use the details you give us only to process your order, issue the receipt or invoice and contact you. We do not sell your data. Card payments are processed by Viva Wallet; we never see your card details. You may ask us to access or delete your data at any time.

10. Law

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumers' rights.
